Ernest Fuller – Age 12

According to WSET-TV, Ernest Fuller was a 12-year-old sixth grader who attended Dunbar Middle School in Lynchburg, Virginia.   He took his own life in January 2010.  His mother LaToya Cabler said, “I think he did it because he felt ‘I’m being bullied at school and nobody is doing anything about it and no one is saying anything if I kill myself I don’t have to worry about him bullying,'”

The Lynchburg City school officials said, they take bullying very seriously and there was “no record” of Ernest being bullied.  Would they have known?

  1. I miss you ernie, im sorry I couldn’t do anything, if I would have known it was you of all people getting bullied, I would have done something about it, I know your gone forever, and I know the bullys feel like crap, or at least they did, I know I still do, not a day goes by that I don’t think about how one of my elementary friends got bullied into suicide, I wish someone would have stood up for you, I wish people weren’t so cruel, but I guess its just a wish,
